Jim is about six and a half feet tall and recently had his knee joints replaced, so it took him a little while to get through the small pilot's door. Once inside it was like coming home for him. Jim logged over a thousand flying hours in this area, but hadn't flown since the early 1980s when he sold his plane.

It's always a pleasure to see an experienced pilot dust off their wings. I'm really glad to be able to do things like this and hope some kid feels the same way when I need a little dusting.

If Blue's back seat isn't full of humans, our sled dogs get to come along. Nimbus is sitting in the back seat on his first flight.

The Samoyed breed is know to be very friendly. Our dogs enjoy a flight to the beach as much as we do. The Nimbus (on your left) and Lightning have their own website at Pacific Crest Samoyeds.
