Jim is about six and a half feet tall and recently had his knee joints replaced, so it took him a little while to get through the small pilot's door. Once inside it was like coming home for him. Jim logged over a thousand flying hours in this area, but hadn't flown since the early 1980s when he sold his plane.<br /><br />It's always a pleasure to see an experienced pilot dust off their wings.
